We have an excellent opportunity for a female support worker to work alongside our client in Rugby.
Our client is a man in his 30s who has complex needs, including cerebral palsy, learning difficulties, physical difficulties, and limited vision. He lives with his family in a specially adapted annex of the home. He is very sociable, enjoys company and being out and about with people. He likes music, sensory activities, cartoons, movies, superheroes, being in the garden, and spending time with his family.
Due to the client’s support needs, the successful candidate will need to be female, have some experience working with complex needs/brain injury, and possess the softer skills of being a clear communicator with the motivation and ability to engage the client to build a solid, supportive relationship.
Pay: £15.14 per hour weekdays, £17.30 per hour Sundays
Hours: 12 per week over a two-week period (08:00 - 20:00, Thursday Week 1 & Sunday Week 2)
