Libertatem Healthcare Group is looking for a weekend Brain Injury Support Worker (Female) to join a 2:1 care team supporting a young, sociable woman with a brain injury. Our client enjoys outdoor activities and day trips, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys active, community-based care.

Your Role Includes:

• Personal care, mobility & routine support
• PEG feeding, tracheostomy care, oxygen therapy

You’ll Need:

• Experience in brain injury or complex care
• Compassionate and reliable approach
