Qualifications

  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.

  • Capacité à travailler indépendamment et en équipe.

  • Permis de conduire valide au Royaume-Uni.

Responsibilities

  • Fournir des soins et un soutien personnalisés au client avec des conditions de santé complexes.
  • Aider aux activités quotidiennes, y compris l'hygiène personnelle et la préparation des repas.

    About The Role
    We have a fantastic opportunity for a male dedicated and compassionate Brain Injury Support Worker to join our team in Prenton Birkenhead. In this role, you will be working flexible hours (10 hours a week) to assist our client into the community and in daily living by providing high-quality care and support, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Our client is very social and likes to go out to concerts, theatres, events, supports Liverpool so attending home games.

      Working Hours:

      10 hours a week. Rota will be done on monthly basis, but hours/days are flexible depending on client's needs.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Delivering personalised care and support to our client with complex health conditions.
      • Assisting with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
      • Administering medication and monitoring health conditions.
      • Providing emotional support and companionship.
      • Maintaining accurate records of care provided and reporting any changes in clients’ conditions.
      • Collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.

      Requirements:

      • Experience in a similar role, preferably in learning disabilities and epilepsy.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Energetic, upbeat and empathetic nature.
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
      • Flexibility to work the specified hours.
      • Valid UK driver's license
