Job summary

Libertatem Healthcare Group in Bristol is seeking Complex Care Support Workers to provide tailored care for clients with brain injuries and other complex needs. You will assist with personal care, mobility, meals, medications, and community activities while maintaining accurate records.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, a positive attitude, and strong teamwork. Training is provided, and there are opportunities for development within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in care, ideally with brain injury and challenging behaviours.
• A full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Providing tailored care and support to meet the client’s individual needs.
• Assisting with personal care, mobility, and meal preparation.
• Administering medication and monitoring health.
• Supporting the client in the community – including social activities.
• Offering companionship and emotional support.
• Keeping accurate care records and reporting any changes.
• Working closely with healthcare professionals and family members.

Location: Bristol
Hours: Monday - Sunday plus holiday and sickness, 9.00 am - 17.00pm shifts available.
