Job summary

Libertatem Healthcare Group is seeking a Complex Care Support Worker to assist a client with brain injury-related needs in Llanelli. You will provide compassionate, independent care and work with a multidisciplinary team to support daily living and medical needs.

The role requires experience in complex care, strong communication, and flexibility for 12-hour shift patterns (8am–8pm and 8pm–8am). Training may be provided for PEG/tracheostomy tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex care and managing challenging behaviours.
• PEG and Tracheostomy experience desirable, training can be provided.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
