The role holder will support a pipeline of schemes transitioning to Buy-Out. This includes engagement with potential prospects via Employee Benefits Consultants, supporting Transition Consultants transferring the portfolio to Canada Life and migrating data to our systems.
They will maintain relationships with external industry parties to facilitate scheme transitions and gather market feedback to improve processes for better member outcomes.
