Job summary

Star Actuarial Futures invites a numerate, well‑organized professional to help grow its BPA practice. You will use strong communication and project management to coordinate complex projects, while gaining exposure to financial services with no mandatory pensions experience.

You will onboard clients, manage data and due diligence, and oversee shadow administration including payroll and member option validation, with an excellent bonus and pension on offer.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and project-management skills.
• Numerate with a financial background or numerically literate.
• Exposure to financial services; pensions experience not required.
• Willingness to undertake professional training.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex projects across diverse stakeholders.
• Onboard clients while delivering superb client management.
• Manage data and operational due diligence.
• Oversee shadow administration (e.g. buy-in payroll, member option validation).
• Manage data flows, controls, cleanses, and true-ups.
