Job summary

The Emerald Group is seeking a data-oriented professional to support the Head of BPA Transitions with onboarding Bulk Purchase Annuity business to the Company's pricing and administration platform. This permanent role is based in Aylesbury and focuses on pensions data, data migration and system integration.

You will liaise with stakeholders, analyze defined benefit datasets, transform data for our platform, load and reconcile data for audit readiness, and contribute to ensuring accurate benefit

Qualifications

• Experience in data analysis within financial services, life and pensions preferred.
• Knowledge of defined benefits pension schemes, data and benefit specifications.
• Experience with large pensions data migrations.
• Ability to liaise with stakeholders during implementation cycles.
• Experience loading data, reconciliation and audit preparation.

• Liaise with key stakeholders during the implementation cycle to understand requirements, data, processes and systems, and to make recommendations
• Analyse defined benefit datasets and report on accuracy, integrity and completeness of data from both pricing and administration perspectives
• Configure data parameters and transform data received from ceding pension scheme administrators to ensure that the Company’s future policyholders will receive their correct benefit entitlement
• Load data and complete reconciliation and control totals for audit purposes and upload to the Company’s in-house platform in preparation for administration
