Job summary

Coleg Llandrillo seeks a Head of Boys Rugby 0.5 to lead the day-to-day delivery and development of the Boys' Rugby Academy for learners aged 16 to 19, aligned with WRU and LTAD principles.

You will plan coaching sessions, contribute to performance analysis, schedule fixtures, and balance sport with education, working closely with staff to ensure high standards. Salary range £14,939–£17,860 per year, 18.5 hours per week, part-time permanent role at Rhos-on-Sea.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging coaching sessions for the Boys' Rugby Academy.
• Support individual player development plans and performance analysis.
• Organise fixtures and match day activities and contribute to fitness testing.
