Zusammenfassung

The Methodist Church in Britain supports Cardiff Met Sport and the WRU Player Development Centre network. We are seeking a Level 2 rugby coach to lead the 18-23 development phase and the Performance Development Group, coaching up to 25 players a year.

The role involves on-field coaching, collaboration with WRU, Celtic Challenge, universities and schools, plus building partnerships to provide suitable playing pathways.

Qualifikationen

• Level 2 rugby coaching qualification, and/or Level 3 in progress.
• Experience developing people in a high-performance sports setting.
• Track record of developing and transitioning talented rugby players.

Aufgaben

• Take responsibility for activity in the 18-23 development phase and the PDG.
• Support the TDG programme for up to 25 players a year.
• Provide progressive, needs-led coaching linked to individual player plans.
• Assist with on-field coaching and build partnerships with WRU and clubs.
