About the role
We're looking for a Box Office Assistant to join our Visitor & Security Services team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of an organisation with a world-renowned collection and a mission to inspire curiosity, understanding and engagement with cultures across the globe. The role provides a vital first point of contact for our visitors, helping them access exhibitions, events, lectures and other Museum experiences.
This role offers far more than a traditional box office position. As part of the Museum team, you'll have the opportunity to develop a strong understanding of the organisation's work, collections and public programmes. You will join a small, supportive team of four Box Office Assistants, working closely together to deliver an excellent service and contribute to continuous improvements across the function.
