The British Museum is seeking a Box Office Assistant to join our Visitor & Security Services team in Bloomsbury, London. You will be our first point of contact for visitors, helping them access exhibitions, events and other Museum experiences with friendly, efficient service.
Working in a small team, you will process bookings, answer enquiries, promote Museum Membership and maintain accurate records while contributing to continuous improvements in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

You will join a small, supportive team of four Box Office Assistants, working closely together to deliver an excellent service and contribute to continuous improvements across the function.
