Gateshead Health NHS Foundation Trust in the North East of England seeks a Lead Specialist Screening Practitioner to support the SSP team across the South of Tyne Bowel Cancer Screening Centre and affiliated trusts. You will coordinate care, advocate for patients, and help promote access to screening according to NHS standards.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team, undertake training for BCSS, input accurate data, and contribute to quality assurance and endoscopy workflow.

Qualifikationen

• Registered nurse with UK registration and current practice status.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data systems.

• Collaborate with SSP team to deliver bowel cancer screening services.

• Audit own work in line with NHS BCSP standards.
• Maintain infection control and safe handling in endoscopy settings.
