Job summary

Love Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for a Studio Manager in Coventry to lead the launch of a brand-new boutique Reformer Pilates, yoga and barre studio with a juice bar, a members’ area and a treatment room. You will run the studio day to day, shape the member journey and help grow the brand in Coventry’s fitness scene.

The role offers a £35k salary plus bonus, with a supportive owner and real autonomy to shape operations, staff and member experience as the business expands.

Qualifications

• Ownership and autonomy to lead a site from day one.
• Commercial mindset with focus on membership growth and retention.
• Operational experience running fitness or customer-facing operations.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.
• High standards of professionalism, service and presentation.
• Hands-on approach to launching a new studio.
• Nice to have: Reformer Pilates qualification or boutique studio experience.

Responsibilities

• Studio operations: Leading the day-to-day running of the studio, including class scheduling, utilisation and capacity.
• Commercial growth: Driving membership sales and revenue, with a focus on break-even and growth.
• Member experience: Creating a premium, welcoming experience that keeps members engaged and loyal.
• Community and reputation: Building the studio’s local profile through partnerships and outreach.
• Team building: Input into upcoming hires and helping them develop.
• Systems and set-up: Helping choose the systems and software the business runs on from day one.
