Job summary

Bond Williams is recruiting a Practice Manager/Qualified ACA/ACCA for a small boutique Chartered Accountancy firm in the Ringwood area. You will manage a portfolio of clients covering audit, compliance and advisory, while supervising trainees and a bookkeeper.

Ideally ACA/ACCA with 2–3 years post-qualified experience and strong client-facing skills; excellent IT skills with Sage, Xero and QuickBooks are important. Equity in the firm is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA qualification with 2–3 years post-qualified experience.
• Strong audit skills and up-to-date technical knowledge.
• Excellent client-facing skills are essential for client service.
• Proficient IT skills including Sage, Xero and QuickBooks.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of audit, compliance and advisory clients.
• Oversee trainees and a bookkeeper within your portfolio.
• Collaborate closely with the Managing Director to drive client outcomes.
