Job summary

Zest Optical in Wokingham is seeking an Optical Assistant for a luxury independent practice. You will deliver a consultative dispensing experience, helping patients choose frames and lenses that suit their face, lifestyle and personality.

You will work with premium designer frames including Tom Ford, Prada, Cutler and Gross, Lindberg, Moscot, and be part of a close-knit team that values care, precision and knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience in optical retail or clinical setting.
• Experience with premium frame brands preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Detail-oriented with frame/lens selection focus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a consultative dispensing experience for frames and lenses.
• Assist patients with frame and lens choices based on face, lifestyle and personality.
• Work with premium designer frames from Tom Ford, Prada, Cutler and Gross, Lindberg and Moscot.
• Provide service in a boutique, design-led environment.
• Support the team with up-to-date product knowledge.
