PURPOSE
The main purpose of the Boutique Manager is to drive the boutique's performance and growth. The Boutique Manager is responsible for store management, performance, and seeking new business opportunities. They act as an entrepreneur, committed and proactive, with strong technical, interpersonal, and managerial skills, aiming to meet sales targets, build client relationships, and lead a top-notch team.
Key Responsibilities
SALES
- Exceed boutique budgets in accordance with brand retail strategy, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Plan and execute monthly meetings and actions.
- Achieve KPIs set by management.
- Follow HQ guidelines and be accountable for their implementation.
- Maximize profit by controlling costs.
- Analyze sales data regularly to refine future projections and market satisfaction.
TEAM MANAGEMENT
- Lead the team by communicating objectives, responsibilities, and standards clearly.
- Foster a sense of belonging and pride in working at A. Lange & Söhne.
- Develop team capabilities and coach members to reach objectives.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new staff to build a top-tier team.
- Ensure team has access to all necessary information and organize schedules fairly.
STORE MANAGEMENT
- Maintain high standards of display, visual merchandising, and store environment.
- Act as the Brand Ambassador, building brand awareness and relationships with partners and dignitaries.
- Maintain professional relationships with suppliers and neighbors.
STORE OPERATION MANAGEMENT
- Ensure store operations comply with procedures and regulations.
- Manage stock quality, quantity, and back orders effectively.
- Conduct regular stocktaking and quality control.
- Coordinate stock replenishments with regional offices.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for employees and customers.
FINANCIAL CONTROL, CASH REGISTRY & REPORTING
- Ensure compliance with all procedures and regulations.
- Report sales accurately and timely.
- Identify operational strengths and weaknesses and implement action plans.
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE & CRM ACTIVITIES
- Define store navigation and support sales associates in delivering the Lange selling ceremony.
- Develop programs to attract and retain high-potential clients.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients, especially VIPs, to ensure loyalty.
- Implement clienteling strategies using iCM, updating client information regularly.
- Identify customer needs and establish rapport to enhance service quality.
- Participate in client events with strategic objectives.
- Handle client complaints carefully and coordinate repairs and service issues.
