Job Title: Boutique Manager

Location: London's Luxury Shopping Area

We are seeking a Boutique Manager for our client's standalone boutique. Our client is a market leader in beautiful timepieces, ranked among the top brands globally, with a significant increase in market share driven by innovation and heritage.

You will lead a team of 10 staff. The basic salary for this role is between £50,000 - £55,000 with uncapped commission. The OTE, based on current store performance, is around £65,000 - £70,000.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in luxury retail sales management, capable of managing CRM processes, events, and clientelling.

We are seeking a manager who is trend-aware with a proven history of people development, team motivation, and a passion for leading a positive performance culture.
