Job Opportunity: Boutique Manager

We are seeking a Boutique Manager for our client's standalone boutique in London's luxury shopping area.

Our client is a market leader in beautiful timepieces, ranked among the top brands globally, with a significant increase in market share driven by innovation and heritage.

You will lead a team of 10 staff. The basic salary for this role ranges from £50,000 to £55,000, with uncapped commission. The OTE (On-Target Earnings) based on current store performance is approximately £65,000 to £70,000.

Our ideal candidate will have expertise in luxury retail sales management, CRM processes, event management, and clienteling.
