Linwood Collection is seeking a Supervisor for Wild Thyme & Honey in the Cotswolds to support the daily running of our elegant bar, restaurant and lounge spaces at The Crown at Ampney Brook. You will lead the front‑of‑house team with warmth, calm and confident hospitality.

As Supervisor, you’ll guide service, elevate guest experiences, manage bookings and table plans, and coach teammates to maintain effortless countryside charm and polished standards across all spaces.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-quality hospitality environments (boutique hotels, premium venues).
• Confidence leading shifts and guiding a front-of-house team.
• A guest-first mindset with focus on personal service moments.
• Strong communication skills with guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Lead service with confidence across restaurant, bar and lounge spaces.
• Deliver polished, warm hospitality reflecting countryside charm.
• Support bar team with refined cocktails and drinks.
• Assist with bookings and table plans, including private dining.
• Coach and develop team members to maintain high standards.
• Maintain elegant, clean and inviting spaces; oversee stock checks and admin.
