The Alfriston Hotel, a 41-bedroom property on the South Downs, is seeking a highly energetic Bartender to join our Food and Beverage team. You will deliver outstanding service, craft drinks with care, and help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in bartending or guest-oriented service.
• Strong communication and hospitality mindset.
• Ability to deliver high standards of service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve drinks to guests with accuracy and flair.
• Maintain bar stock, manage mise-en-place and cleanliness.
• Deliver warm, welcoming guest interactions and upsell where appropriate.
• Collaborate with the F&B team to ensure smooth service during shifts.
