The Alfriston Hotel in East Sussex is seeking a highly professional Restaurant Supervisor to join our Food and Beverage team. You will lead a dedicated service team in a 41-bedroom property set in a historic village, dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

• Proven supervisory experience in a premium hotel or restaurant environment.
