Job summary

The Signet Group is seeking a energetic Bartender to join The Alfriston's Food and Beverage team. You will deliver exceptional guest service in a luxury setting at the 41-bedroom hotel dating to the 14th century in Alfriston, on the South Downs.

We are looking for a highly energeticBartenderto join our Food and Beverage team at The Alfriston, South Downs.

Our 41-bedroom hotel which has been beautifully redesigned dates to the 14th centuryand is tucked away in the storybook village of Alfriston where the rollingSouth Downs meet the winding Cuckmere River.

Our hotelfeatures a stunning function room, The 1554 Brasserie, Godfrey’s Bar, whichincludes a terrace to enjoy the revamped herb and vegetable plots across thehotel gardens. Our Orangery serves breakfast and afternoon tea daily with viewsover the rear gardens, and our Signet spa includes a heated outdoor swimmingpool with plenty of space to unwind, inside you’ll find a steam room, sauna,and intimate treatment rooms.
