Job summary

Oxygen - Crawley is seeking a confident Bouncer to deliver a world‑class experience for jumpers, climbers and families. You’ll lead activities, host events and keep safety at the forefront while being comfortable on the microphone.

You’ll thrive in a fast‑paced venue, work well with a team and have a genuine passion for customer service. Previous crowd‑control or health & safety knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy delivering a fun customer experience.
• Comfortable working with children.
• Physically active and able to stay on your feet for long shifts.
• Willing to work in a busy, fast‑paced environment.
• Able to learn new skills and follow instructions.
• Excellent timekeeping and reliability.
• Experience related to health & safety is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver games, competitions, activities and events for customers.
• Engage with customers to ensure they want to return.
• Be comfortable on the microphone and center of attention; host events.
• Maintain safety standards and follow procedures for a secure environment.
• Support themed events and SEN sessions to make every child feel welcome.

Overview

The role of the Bouncer is to deliver a world‑class experience and big‑time fun for jumpers, climbers and fun‑seekers from Toddlers to Teens and adults. Ensuring safety is paramount, through a solid knowledge and execution of industry and business standards and procedures, you will ensure everyone has fun in a safe and secure environment.

The Bouncers role is to consistently engage with customers, delivering games, competitions, activities and events that ensure customers want to come back again and again. These activities will also include SEN sessions, to ensure every child has a great experience with Oxygen. Bouncers will also be the heroes during our themed events, creating an exciting atmosphere, engaging with the customers, ensuring everyone has a brilliant time. Bouncers will need to be comfortable being on the microphone and being centre of attention, dancing skills are a bonus!
