Pernod Ricard España SA is seeking a Controls & Automation Lead to oversee site-wide controls, automation and OT across a complex bottling operation. You will lead a technical team, ensure safe, reliable operation, and drive governance and standards.

The role focuses on capital projects, system lifecycle, and vendor collaboration with a strong emphasis on cybersecurity and continuous improvement. On-site with some flexibility for remote working based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in a technical discipline.
• Experience in a manufacturing/ FMCG environment is required.
• Proven experience leading automation/ OT teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Controls & Automation team across site operations.
• Govern site automation, OT tech and lifecycle standards.
• Define manufacturing software and systems strategy.
• Strengthen OT cybersecurity and resilience.
• Provide capital project support and guidance.
• Support performance with automation and systems expertise.
• Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and system integrators.
• Develop capability across automation, software and digital manufacturing.
