We’re a group of fabulous Hotels and Venues set in beautiful countryside, and our hotels are full of great people… a great team.

We are actively seeking a Chef de Partie to work as part of our kitchen brigade in our brand new Spa. Your main focus will be to assist the Sous Chef in the preparation and service of food, ensuring that the highest standards are maintained at all times.

Role Responsibilities

  • Assist the brigade in the smooth, safe, and efficient running of the Spa kitchen operation.
  • Help develop creative Spa menus and ensure the quality of food meets the high standards expected.
  • Inform the Sous Chef of any relevant feedback from members or guests of the Spa.
  • Assist other sections and mentor the Commis Chef and Demi CDP in their tasks.
  • Support with daily ordering, considering stock usage, menu planning, and business levels.
  • Ensure the kitchen meets company standards for cleanliness, stock control, and work prioritization.

  • Proven experience in a high-quality hotel/spa environment.
  • A passion for food, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.
  • Understanding of health & safety and food safety guidelines.
  • Ability to work to high standards in a luxury setting.
  • Innovation, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Experience supervising and guiding others.
