Consortio Recruitment Group is seeking a hands-on Bosun to join a 45m+ private/charter motor yacht. The role requires strong deck skills and experience as Bosun or senior deckhand, with a view to OOW qualification.

The yacht operates private and charter programmes with winter Caribbean charters starting in December and summer plans in the Mediterranean. A proactive team player who can handle guest transfers and tender driving is preferred; 40 days leave and a competitive USD salary are offered.
