iPS Powerful People (B Corp™) is seeking a Bosun to lead the deck crew on our Split Hopper Barge. You will supervise mooring, gear maintenance, and daily operations, ensuring a safe and efficient voyage for every shift. Your hands-on leadership will keep the vessel shipshape and the crew safe at sea.

You will mentor junior deckhands, drive maintenance programs, and ensure compliance with safety standards. This role requires STCW certificates, CoC II/5, and a UK Frontier Worker Permit, with

• Must have relevant maritime experience in the Bosun role.
• STCW certificates applicable to rank are required.
• Experience on dredgers or offshore vessels is advantageous.
• CoC II/5 must be valid.
• UK Frontier Worker Permit (FWP) is mandatory.
