Job summary

Chaucer is seeking a bordereaux data specialist to join our delegated authority data management journey. You will review and analyse premium, risk and claims bordereaux, ensuring data quality and regulatory reporting alignment, while working with service providers and internal stakeholders to improve reporting and governance.

Qualifications

• Essential Bordereaux Management experience.
• Strong understanding of delegated authority data and controls.
• Lloyd's market experience is advantageous.
• Experience with data quality and reporting governance.

Responsibilities

• Review, validate and analyse premium, risk and claims bordereaux to ensure compliance with Lloyd's and internal reporting.
• Collaborate with outsourced service providers to resolve bordereaux data quality queries.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to support bordereaux data management and reporting.
• Monitor data quality, investigate exceptions and improve reporting accuracy.
• Contribute to bordereaux reporting and management information for stakeholders.
• Support governance and analytics initiatives across the delegated authority portfolio.
• Assist with testing and implementation of process improvements and automation.
• Maintain process documentation and data quality records.
