Job summary

Monahans, part of Sumer Group, is hiring a Trainee Bookkeeper in Trowbridge. No prior bookkeeping experience is required and you will learn on the job with structured study support.

You will gain hands-on experience while working towards AAT Level 3 or Level 4, with training and development provided to help you build a career in accounting. Join a supportive team in a role that starts with essential bookkeeping tasks and progress as you learn.

Qualifications

At Monahans, part of Sumer, we're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Bookkeeper to join our team. No previous bookkeeping or accountancy experience is required. We're looking for individuals with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

We'll support you in gaining your professional qualifications through AAT Level 3 or Level 4, providing hands‑on experience alongside structured study support to help you build a successful career in accountancy.

Key Responsibilities
