TSR Legal are offering a flexible, part-time opportunity within a friendly and supportive legal team - perfect for someone seeking genuine work-life balance.
The Role
We're looking for a reliable and detail-focused Bookkeeper / Legal Cashier to join our Cardiff office. You'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the firm. The position is office-based to ensure close collaboration with the wider team, but you'll have complete flexibility in how you structure your 16 hours across the week.
Key Responsibilities

• Processing client and office account transactions
• Bank reconciliations and daily banking duties
• Managing incoming/outgoing payments and receipts
• Ensuring compliance with SRA Accounts Rules
• Assisting with month-end and year-end reporting
• Supporting fee earners with financial queries
• General bookkeeping and administrative finance tasks

About You

• Previous experience as a bookkeeper, legal cashier or in a similar finance/accounts role
• Familiar with legal accounting systems - Essential : LEAP & Xero
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently and within a small, collaborative team
• Reliable, discreet, and able to maintain confidentiality
