Dunbia UK is seeking a Team Leader to manage one of the Boning Hall Trimming Lines and report to the Trimming Manager. The role focuses on supervising production, coordinating material readiness, and maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the trimming line to ensure production standards are met.
• Ensure area is prepared with materials, is properly manned, and downtime is minimised.
• Operate in line with the production plan to meet customer requirements.
• Communicate the production plan and any changes to operatives during shifts.
• Delegate tasks effectively while taking responsibility for area operation.
• Provide training and constructive feedback to staff.
• Develop understanding of each production stage and solve problems.
• Suggest ideas to drive innovation and efficiency in yields and processes.
• Ensure compliance with Company Rules, Health & Safety, and quality standards.
