Qualifications

• Proven production management experience within meat processing, food manufacturing or a similarly controlled environment.
• Experience managing people, production planning, labour, yield and waste with continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of HACCP, traceability, hygiene, food safety and customer specifications.
• Strong leadership, organization and decision making under pressure.
• Commercial awareness with focus on yield, cost, quality and service.
• Data-driven problem solving with a continuous-improvement mindset.
