Job summary

Alexander Dennis Limited is seeking a BOM Cost Controller to support New Product Development by tracking material costs, analysing Bills of Materials, and providing cost insights to tendering and production decisions.

The role collaborates with Procurement and Commercial teams to monitor cost movements, identify risks, trends and opportunities to improve cost performance across projects. Prior experience in finance, procurement or manufacturing is desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial, finance, procurement, supply chain or manufacturing environments.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation abilities.
• Experience with costing, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems and BI tools is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Analyse Bills of Materials and monitor cost movements.
• Produce reporting highlighting risks, trends and opportunities to improve cost performance.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Commercial teams to support tendering and cost of production.
