Job summary

2Excel Group in Lasham, Hampshire, is seeking a Boeing Fleet Support Engineer to ensure airworthiness, maintenance planning and technical oversight of our Boeing fleet. The role is based on site and requires strong coordination with CAMO and MRO partners.

The successful candidate will coordinate base maintenance, support AMP updates, and contribute to reliability analysis, while promoting safety, compliance and security clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

  • The successful candidate will provide technical support across the fleet, support modification and upgrade programmes, contribute to MEL and procedural updates, and attend key maintenance and CAMO liaison meetings.
  • You will promote a strong safety and compliance culture, reporting occurrences and supporting the CAMO SMS.
  • Experience with Part M/Part CAMO, Part 145 and Part 21, and Boeing aircraft is required; driving licence is also required.

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Boeing Fleet Support Engineer to support the ongoing airworthiness, maintenance planning, and technical oversight of our Boeing fleet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate base maintenance activities, manage major components (engines, propellers, landing gear, APUs), ensuring timely provision of spares and modification kits, and liaise with MROs, OEMs, and internal teams.
  • Oversee fleet configuration control, maintenance cost management, and airworthiness documentation, ensuring compliance and audit readiness at all times.
  • Work closely with AMP and Airworthiness Engineers to support the development, review, and standardisation of Aircraft Maintenance Programmes (AMPs), as well as contribute to reliability monitoring and analysis.
  • Play a key role in maintenance planning, including base maintenance inputs, in-service modifications, and long-term fleet support.
About You

The successful candidate will provide technical support across the fleet, support modification and upgrade programmes, contribute to MEL and procedural updates, and attend key maintenance and CAMO liaison meetings. You will also promote a strong safety and compliance culture, reporting occurrences and supporting the CAMO Safety Management System (SMS).

This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent coordination skills, and a solid understanding of continuing airworthiness regulations. You must be able to obtain and maintain Security Clearance (SC) or Counter Terrorism Check (CTC).

Candidates should have a good understanding and knowledge of Part M/Part CAMO, Part 145 and Part 21 and have experience of working with Boeing aircraft. Experience of small turbine/piston aircraft would be an added bonus, but not essential. In addition, a full UK driving license is required.
