Job summary

Boeing Fleet Support Engineer in Lasham, Hampshire is a full-time role with some hybrid working. The package includes £55,000–£60,000 per annum, 25 days leave, and a Monday–Friday pattern.

The role focuses on sustaining airworthiness, maintenance planning and CAMO oversight for a Boeing fleet, with collaboration across AMP development and reliability monitoring. You will work with AMP and Airworthiness Engineers on AMPs, support reliability monitoring, maintenance planning and long-term fleet

Qualifications

  • Experience working with Boeing aircraft.
  • Strong understanding of continuing airworthiness requirements.
  • Knowledge of Part M / Part CAMO, Part 145 and Part 21.
  • Experience within fleet support, CAMO, maintenance planning or a similar aviation engineering environment.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • The ability to work with MROs, OEMs and internal stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to safety, compliance and continuous improvement.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • SC or CTC security clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate base maintenance activities and support maintenance planning across the fleet.
  • Manage major components including engines, propellers, landing gear and APUs.
  • Ensure timely provision of spares, modification kits and associated resources.
  • Liaise with MROs, OEMs and internal engineering and operational teams.
  • Support fleet configuration control and maintenance cost management.
  • Maintain accurate airworthiness and technical documentation.
  • Support modification and upgrade programmes.
  • Contribute to MEL and procedural updates.
  • Attend maintenance, engineering and CAMO liaison meetings.
  • Support reliability monitoring and analysis.
  • Promote a strong safety and compliance culture.
  • Report occurrences and contribute to the CAMO Safety Management System (SMS).
  • Ensure continued audit readiness and compliance with applicable aviation regulations.

Boeing Fleet Support Engineer

Location: Lasham, Hampshire
Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 per annum

Are you an experienced aviation engineer with a strong understanding of continuing airworthiness and Boeing aircraft?

We are looking for a Boeing Fleet Support Engineer to join an established aviation engineering operation in Lasham, supporting the ongoing airworthiness, maintenance planning and technical oversight of a Boeing fleet.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced aviation professional looking to take their career further within a technical fleet support environment, working closely with engineering, maintenance and CAMO teams.

The Role

As a Boeing Fleet Support Engineer, you will provide technical and operational support across the fleet, helping to ensure aircraft remain safe, compliant and available for service.

You will work closely with AMP and Airworthiness Engineers on the development, review and standardisation of Aircraft Maintenance Programmes (AMPs), while also contributing to reliability monitoring, maintenance planning and long-term fleet support.

About You

We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive and technically minded, with strong attention to detail and the ability to coordinate multiple activities across a busy aviation environment.

You will ideally have:

  • Experience working with Boeing aircraft.
  • A strong understanding of continuing airworthiness requirements.
  • Knowledge of Part M / Part CAMO, Part 145 and Part 21.
  • Experience within fleet support, technical services, CAMO, maintenance planning or a similar aviation engineering environment.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • The ability to work effectively with MROs, OEMs and internal stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to safety, compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Experience with small turbine or piston aircraft would be advantageous but is not essential.
  • A full UK driving licence.

The successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain SC or CTC security clearance.
