Job summary

Matchtech is seeking a Boeing CAMO Engineer for a permanent role in Lasham to support airworthiness, maintenance planning and technical oversight of the Boeing fleet. You will coordinate base maintenance, manage major components, liaise with MROs and internal teams, and help ensure compliance and cost control.

Qualifications

• Experience in airworthiness and maintenance planning.
• Familiarity with Part M/Part CAMO, Part 145, and Part 21.
• Experience working with Boeing aircraft.
• Excellent coordination and attention to detail.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Security Clearance (SC) or Counter Terrorism Check (CTC).
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating base maintenance activities for the Boeing fleet.
• Managing major components such as engines, propellers, landing gear, and APUs.
• Ensuring timely provision of spares and modification kits.
• Liaising with MROs, OEMs, and internal teams.
• Overseeing fleet configuration control and maintenance cost management.
• Maintaining airworthiness documentation and ensuring compliance.
• Supporting modification and upgrade programmes.
• Promoting a strong safety and compliance culture.
