Zohorecruit is recruiting for a Senior Service Advisor on behalf of a well-established Accident Repair Bodyshop in Milton Keynes. You will be the main contact for customers through the repair process, ensuring an exceptional experience from drop-off to collection.

The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:30am-5:00pm, with a salary of £32,000-£35,000 plus bonus opportunities. Prior experience in an accident repair environment and a full UK driving licence are required.

Qualifications

• Several years' experience as a Service Advisor.
• Experience in an Accident Repair Bodyshop or Main Dealer environment is essential.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• A full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for customers from drop-off to collection.
• Provide regular updates on vehicle repair progress.
• Liaise with insurers, engineers and workshop teams.
• Book vehicles into the workshop and manage repair schedules.
• Handle estimates, invoicing and administration.
• Resolve customer queries professionally and maintain high satisfaction.
