Halo Accident Repair Centre Ltd in Cardiff is seeking a Bodyshop Manager to ensure the workshop runs smoothly, upholds Halo's quality, customer service and repair speed.

You will lead a team, run opening shifts from 7am, hold daily briefings, and coordinate with the Regional Manager on on-site vehicles and those due in.

This role rewards proactive teamwork, strong IT skills, and a collaborative approach to maintaining high standards across every stage of the repair process.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and highly organised with attention to detail.
• Confident communicator who collaborates effectively.
• Proficient in IT and technology used in the workshop.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the team starts work at 7am and the workshop is opened with all equipment on.
• Hold daily morning meetings to delegate tasks and set targets.
• Oversee the correct use of equipment, uniforms and tools to support staff wellbeing.
• Discuss vehicle status with the Regional Manager and coordinate on-site and incoming work.
• Provide customers with accurate repair progress updates in CJS.
• Order parts at least 3 business days in advance for upcoming vehicles.
• Manage workload for vehicles due in and on-site.
• Ensure 10-stage repair images are captured for every job pack.
• Monitor wet and dry stock levels and maintain stock control.
• Maintain quality control throughout each stage of repairs.
