Job description

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment have a superb opportunity available for a premium car dealer group, who currently seek an experienced, dynamic and highly organised Bodyshop Manager to join their team in the Winchester area.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Developing all members of staff to reach the highest levels of performance in order to achieve, individual satisfaction, targets, objectives and 5 Star Customer Ratings.
• Examine sales volume and monitor labour sales to ensure achievement of budget for the period.
• To improve the quality of customer service and retention by enhanced facilities, improved technical skills and high standards of quality workmanship.
• Previous experience of working within the motor trade industry
• 3 years Bodyshop Management experience
• Excellent IT, highly skilled VDA and administration skills
• Experience with Kerridge / Drive an advantage

• Basic Starting Salary £40,000
