Halo Accident Repair Centre Ltd in Bournemouth is seeking a proactive Bodyshop Manager to lead our busy workshop, ensuring quality repairs, swift customer service and strong team collaboration.

You will report to the Regional Manager, oversee daily planning from 7am start to group-wide standards, and drive continuous improvement across repair stages while maintaining a safe, clean environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a busy bodyshop workshop.
• Strong understanding of repair processes.
• Excellent communication and team leadership.
• Proactive, well-organised with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ensure workshop opens and equipment are ready by 7am.
• Hold daily team meetings to delegate tasks and set targets.
• Oversee equipment use, uniforms and tools for staff well‑being.
• Discuss vehicle status with Regional Manager.
• Provide customers with accurate repair progress updates.
• Manage parts orders at least 3 days ahead.
• Maintain 10‑stage repair images for each job pack.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure quality control.
