Job summary

Motofix Group in Aldershot is recruiting an experienced Bodyshop Manager / Repair Centre Manager to lead a high-performing insurer-approved site. The role carries full P&L responsibility for a £4.9m turnover operation and a team of 26 staff.

As Repair Centre Manager, you will ensure a seamless customer journey, drive commercial performance, and collaborate with clients and production teams to achieve outstanding results. A comprehensive benefits package and performance bonus are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ management experience in a relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of modern repair methods and a focus on maximising opportunities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to develop and inspire teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as the public face of the site while managing all operational aspects of the branch.
• Drive commercial performance (sales, profit margin) and ensure alignment with business plans.
• Engage with staff, conduct performance reviews and identify development opportunities.
• Lead daily meetings with key team members to set and achieve output targets.
• Monitor and resolve customer complaints promptly and fairly.
• Collaborate with the Business Development team to deliver service-level agreements.

About the Role:

As a Repair Centre Manager, you will have full financial responsibility for a leading accident repair centre. You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless customer journey, collaborating with clients and our expert production team to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the ‘public face’ of the site while managing all operational aspects of the branch.
• Drive commercial performance (sales, profit margin) performance, ensuring alignment with business plans.
• Engage with staff regularly, conduct performance reviews, and identify opportunities for professional development.
• Lead daily meetings with key team members to set and achieve output targets.
• Monitor and resolve customer complaints promptly and fairly.
• Collaborate with the Business Development team to deliver service-level agreements.
• Perform daily/weekly on-site and production reports and meetings
• Proactively gather and act on customer feedback to improve service delivery.
• Build detailed knowledge of client profiles to maximise upselling opportunities.
• Foster a flexible and well-resourced team environment.
• Ensure compliance with Housekeeping, Health & Safety, BSI0125 standards, and manufacturer requirements.

The advertised salary includes realistic bonus opportunities & strong base pay package.
