You will guide customers through the workshop process, explain estimates clearly and liaise with insurers to obtain authorisation for repairs. The role requires strong communication and a professional approach to customer service.

You will work with a busy team to complete estimates efficiently, keeping customers informed of any extra work or payments. A presentable appearance and strong telephone manners are important.
