Boarding Matron (Fixed Term until August 2027)

We are seeking an additional Matron to join our boarding community as soon as possible for a fixed term period until August 2027.

This role will be for 36.25 hours per week, term time only, Monday - Friday working on a shift rota.

The successful candidate will be requiredto supervise the pastoral care of pupils within the boarding house as well as provide medical care when required and undertake basic laundry and repairs to clothing.

Flexibility within the role is essential. Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage but is not essential.

Salary for this role is based on Support Staff Grade 5 currently £26,846 - £29,070 FTE. Actual salary based on hours and term time working £22,240 - £24, 744
