Job summary

Peter Symonds College in Winchester is seeking a Houseparent to oversee the wellbeing, safety and behaviour of boarding students. This term-time role covers Wednesday evenings and Sundays, with a mix of care, supervision and support in a busy residential environment.

You will be responsible for day-to-day pastoral care, creating a warm and safe living space where students can thrive personally and academically. DBS checks and safeguarding training are required.
