HPR Executive is representing a confidential Board-level Finance Director/CFO opportunity within a growing UK FMCG manufacturing business. The role partners directly with the CEO and Board to shape strategy, investment and operational performance.

Relocation support is available for the right candidate, with a market-leading package and executive bonus. This is not a traditional Finance Director role, but a true enterprise leadership position.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with senior finance leadership experience in FMCG.
• Proven track record across manufacturing finance, commercial finance, margin and profitability.
• Experience of governance, capital investment and building high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CEO and Board to influence strategy, growth and operational performance.
• Lead manufacturing finance, working capital management and governance.
• Develop and mentor finance teams to build organisational capability.
