Upp Ltd. is seeking a Governance & Compliance Manager to uphold governance standards, support the Board and leadership, and drive compliant, efficient processes. The role emphasizes policy upkeep, meeting coordination, and stakeholder engagement.

Hybrid, 4 days a week in London with close collaboration across executives, funders and external service providers; CGI/ICSA-qualified candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• Significant governance experience supporting Boards and committees.
• Strong knowledge of governance codes and best practice.
• Experience with annual reports and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilités

• Maintain governance framework and policies.
• Coordinate SPV/Board meetings; minutes and actions.
• Drive governance improvement, risk mitigation and AI-enabled solutions.
