Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare providers to deliver integrated, evidence-based care while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and support staff.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and healthcare providers to integrate intervention strategies (e.g., IEPs, ISPs).
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, and state/federal regulations.
• Provide timely documentation and reporting in accordance with clinical policies.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to continuous program improvement.

Qualifications:

• Education:Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field.
• Licensure:Active BCBA certification (required).
• Experience:5+ years of experience in ABA, including functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention plans.
