Job description

We are currently looking to hire an energetic, passionate, and committed BCBA/LABA to join our team for full-time and part-time positions for home-based services. This position is in central Massachusetts and will require in-person meetings with families and staff with some telehealth options.

BCBA Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Assess, develop, manage, and evaluate progress on individualized treatment plans for clients.
  2. Maintain all documentation and authorizations in accordance with insurance regulations and insurance standards.
  3. Strict adherence to the Applied Behavioral Analysis dimensions and BACB Code of Ethics at all times.
  4. Supervise behavior technicians assigned to their caseload and ensure program fidelity.
  5. Supervise behavior technicians pursuing their education.
  6. Support training programs developed by training and quality assurance.
  7. Maximize authorized services with available resources.
  8. Build relationships with clients and their families throughout their interactions.

Work Location: Worcester and surrounding towns
