Beehive ABA is a growing provider of Applied Behavior Analysis services dedicated to supporting neurodivergent children, adolescents, and adults. Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role based in London. The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop behavior intervention plans, and design individualized ABA programs for clients across a range of ages and needs. Daily responsibilities include supervising behavior technicians, monitoring data collection, analyzing treatment outcomes, and adjusting interventions as needed. The role involves direct client work, caregiver and staff training, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and adherence to ethical and regulatory standards. The BCBA will also participate in team meetings, maintain accurate documentation, and support ongoing quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Strong foundation in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis, with the ability to design and implement evidence-based interventions.
  • Expertise in Behavior Management, including functional behavior assessment and development of proactive, least-restrictive strategies.
  • Experience in Parent Education, including coaching caregivers and training support staff in ABA principles and techniques.
  • Background in Psychology or a closely related field, supporting a broad understanding of human development and mental health.
  • Current BCBA certification and / or UkBA(cert) eligibility to practice in the UK; master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related discipline.
  • Proficient in data collection, analysis, and clinical documentation, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Clear, respectful communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with families, colleagues, and community partners.
  • Experience working with neurodivergent individuals, such as autistic clients or those with developmental disabilities, is highly beneficial.
  • Commitment to ethical practice, cultural humility, and maintaining client dignity and safety in all interventions.
